Students, staff and visitors can use the Snap Send Solve mobile app to report issues, request support and provide feedback. The Snap Send Solve app allows you to take a photo of a problem area on any University of Melbourne campus with your mobile phone and send it directly to our campus support teams to resolve. Report cleaning, furniture, grounds and amenities, lighting and power, general maintenance, plumbing, or technology matters on the go with your mobile phone. Staff can also use the Staff Services Portal to make general and project enquiries, request event support and AV training as well as software installations in learning spaces.
